A Little About Me
Hi! My name is Jessica.
I have been homeschooled since 3rd grade, although I was also homeschooled in 1st grade. After I was pulled out of school I took art lessons for almost 1 year, and I realised the art teacher was not teaching me what I wanted to learn. Since then I have been teaching myself, with lots of help and encouragement from my family. I have developed greatly in the last few years, and I am really grateful that God has blessed me with this talent. Right now I am just trying to find ways to use it!
I graduated from my homeschooling at 16, and I have been working since then and saving money for traveling or other things. Since I also want to go to India with the Gospel someday, I have been teaching myself Hindi, the national language of India. I can already read and write Devnagari (the words with the long lines at the top), and I can understand a lot more than I can speak - but I'm practicing. I've also been writing poetry since I was very young, and I keep a large book of my poems. Eventually I'd like to get them published, perhaps with some of my illustrations to go along with them.
